HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS PLACED?

Yes. Although we begin processing your order shortly after its been placed. If we’re notified within 1 hour after your order have been placed, we’d gladly allow for changes to your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Order processing takes 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing your tracking details. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and/or the United Postal Service (UPS).

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING ACTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Standard Shipping is $10.00. Shipping times ranges between 3 to 5 business days. No Signature required using USPS and/or UPS delivery service. We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $30.00 with shipping times of 1 to 2 business days. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes. We ship internationally using USPS for a flat rate of $40.00. Shipping times can range between 5 to 10 business days. 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in its original condition, please send us a picture of the item within 48hours after the date of delivery before sending the item back. Our team will be more than happy to assist with sending you a return label and/or shipping a new item out to you in a timely manner if it’s a fault of our own.
